Nelson Empire organizes Feed the 500 Thanksgiving event

The event will be held at the Heart of New Orleans restaurant located at 9000 Chef Menteur Highway in New Orleans East. Nelson Empire, in conjunction with City of Hope, will distribute 500 Thanksgiving plates from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.

NEW ORLEANS - LouisEagle -- In the spirit of giving, many of New Orleans' movers and shakers have also signed up to sponsor and help distribute the meals.
