The one hour series is filmed at Henry Turner Jr.'s Listening Room in Baton Rouge and airs every Tuesday and Saturday in Baton Rouge and New Orleans.

BATON ROUGE, La. - LouisEagle -- Henry's Listening Room," a one hour weekly television series, features original music performances and interviews from Henry Turner Jr.'s Listening Room in Baton Rouge with music videos from around the country. The show is airing on WLFT television, Ch. 30.1 in Baton Rouge and on KGLA, Channel 42.4 in New Orleans from 7:00pm to 8:00pm on Tuesday and Saturday, and is available on the Louisiana Film Channel App.

"Henry's Listening Room" is hosted by club owner and band leader Henry Turner Jr. Each show includes songs by Henry Turner Jr. & Flavor and the Listening Room All-Stars, along with insightful commentary from band members, performers, touring acts and music business professionals.

Some of the All-Stars are spoken word artist Kelton 'Nspire Harper, singer/songwriter Owen Scott, gospel and R&B singer Pastor Leon Hitchens, comedian Eddie "Cool" Deemer and poet Sir AP. Band members include drummer Jim Masters, bassist Larry "LZ" Dillon, keyboardists Ervin "Maestro" Foster and Charles Gordon, and back up vocalists Molly Milne, Cindy Efferson, Lisa Anne Harris.

Touring acts include folk/rocker Jeffrey Dallet from Colorado, folk/Americana singer Johnathan Foster and singer/songwriter Cece Censor from California, Latin torch singer Jessi Campo from Miami and Mississippi Americana singer/songwriter TJ Eubanks. Industry executives include Eric Cager of CE Music Business Conference and Teddy Johnson of Teddy's Juke Joint.

Music video presentations include Carlo Ditta's "La Muchacha Cha Cha," Ben E. Hunter's "The Big Easy," Ione Angeles' "Frontline" and Henry Turner Jr. & Flavor's "No Problem."

Henry Turner Jr.'s Listening Room was founded in 2014. It is located at 2733 North Street in Baton Rouge and is open Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings. The club's focus is on original material. It is place where Henry firmly believes…"Stars will be made at."

Henry Turner Jr. is well-known for developing a syncopated style of music over his forty plus year career. It is referred to as Louisiana blues, soul, funk and reggae, all elements of his career. He is the recipient of a Slim Harpo Music Ambassador Award and has been named an Honorary Music Ambassador by the Lt. Governor's Office and the Louisiana Office of Tourism.

"Henry's Listening Room" is also slated to air in additional markets that will be announced later this year.
