Screenings Set for the Next Three Months of Shorts, Music Videos and a Dramedy.

BATON ROUGE, La. - LouisEagle -- Henry Turner Jr.'s Listening Room Museum Foundation is pleased to announce the fourth quarter monthly film series for January, February and March. Screenings begin at 8:30pm. This series focuses on film shorts, music videos and a dramedy all of which have screened at the Listening Room Film Festivals. It is held at Henry Turner Jr.'s Listening Room located at 2733 North Street, Baton Rouge, LA 70802. Admission is $10.00 and includes a Soul Food Side Dish. Non-alcoholic beverages and snacks are available for purchase.

Saturday, January 27 – Film Shorts and Music Videos by Fresh Wave Media Solutions. Screenings of "The Poet" and "Voice on the Phone," with supernatural horror undertones. Music videos include a song by local songstress Krystal Parker.

Saturday, February 24 – "Erie Planet Live" a short film whose tag line is… "It's tough running a nightclub. Ain't it!" Starring John "The Bossman" Hall who will be performing at the Baton Rouge Mardi Gras Festival earlier in the month.

Saturday, March 30 – "The Chamber Room." A feature film by Natalie Spenser in which a grandson is taught about the importance of voting by interacting with historical African American leaders.

Each film will be followed by an acoustic performance by Henry Turner Jr.
