WRBH 88.3 FM Reading Radio continues its mission of accessibility for the visually impaired with a fresh digital presence

NEW ORLEANS - LouisEagle -- WRBH 88.3 FM, the United States' only full-time reading radio service and one of just three in the world, has launched a completely redesigned website at WRBH.org. The new site is modern, user-friendly, and has resources for supporters, volunteers, and the visually impaired community. The new website can be visited at wrbh.org.

The updated website reflects WRBH's commitment to accessibility and innovation. Designed with screen-reading programs in mind, the site ensures seamless navigation and usability for visually impaired users. It offers live streaming, programming schedules, and expanded resources for listeners, volunteers, and supporters worldwide.

The new website was created in collaboration with HEROfarm, a New Orleans-born marketing and public relations agency. It serves as the latest step in WRBH's ongoing efforts to provide equal access to information, enhancing the station's mission of transforming the printed word into the spoken word.

WRBH's programming remains diverse, offering readings from newspapers, magazines, books, and local publications, alongside popular shows such as New Orleans by Mouth and The Writers' Forum. The station broadcasts 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, thanks to the dedication of nearly 200 volunteers.
