LAFAYETTE, La. - LouisEagle -- Alright y'ALL! Packed with the bold flavors of Ragin' Cajun y'ALL Purpose Seasoning, new Ragin' Cajun y'ALL Purpose Breading is innovative, versatile & perfect for stovetop or oven use. It's the easy way to fix a crispy dinner in just 15 minutes!
- SIMPLE, QUICK & EASY: all-purpose breading perfect for fresh & crispy Chicken, Shrimp, Fish or Veggies on the Stovetop or Oven
- Seasoned with Ragin' Cajun y'ALL PURPOSE Seasoning
- Lower Sodium vs Other Brands
- One 8oz Packet: Feeds 6-8 people.
STOVETOP INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Mix 5 tbsp of Ragin' Cajun y'ALL Purpose Breading Mix with 1/3 cup of cool water in Bowl 1. Dip fresh fish, chicken, shrimp, and/or veggies into wet batter.
2. Empty remaining Ragin' Cajun y'ALL Purpose Breading Mix into Bowl 2 (keep dry). Roll wet battered fish, chicken, shrimp, and/or veggies in Bowl 2.

3. Heat oil in stovetop pan. Place battered & breaded protein/veggies in pan. Flip until fully cooked & crispy on each side. Also great in the oven or airfyer.
