STOVETOP INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Mix 5 tbsp of Ragin' Cajun y'ALL Purpose Breading Mix with 1/3 cup of cool water in Bowl 1. Dip fresh fish, chicken, shrimp, and/or veggies into wet batter.
2. Empty remaining Ragin' Cajun y'ALL Purpose Breading Mix into Bowl 2 (keep dry). Roll wet battered fish, chicken, shrimp, and/or veggies in Bowl 2.

3. Heat oil in stovetop pan. Place battered & breaded protein/veggies in pan. Flip until fully cooked & crispy on each side. Also great in the oven or airfyer.
