May 12, 2022 (New York, N.Y.)—ESSENCE Communications, Inc., the leading media, technology, and commerce company dedicated to serving Black women and their communities, today announced its 2022 ESSENCE Festival of Culture Unbeatable Daytime and Nighttime Experiences Presented by Coca-Cola. Taking place June 30- July 3 (Thursday-Sunday), this multi-day experience of programming will be sure to entertain, empower, inspire, and educate. Simultaneously, the virtual presence will continue to extend to ESSENCE's dedicated global audience and feature their own virtual host, performances, summits, panels and more including leading musical artists, influencers, and experts from around the world.

The 2022 ESSENCE Festival of Culture will feature a global ensemble of performers.

From South Africa, to Senegal to Cote d' Ivoire and beyond, the African Diaspora is answering the call of the Batistes with the recent New Orleans visit of Senator Amadou Thiam, Managing Director Senegal Government Tourism Board, the Cote D' Ivoire entourage hosted in Los Angeles and Nicholls State University and the Grammy in the Bush Party hosted in Johannesburg with Damon Batiste and the honored African Royal Family of the Amandebele Nation.
