NEW ORLEANS - LouisEagle -- Rougarou Shuckers and Crawfish, the boutique, one-year-old culinary venture founded by Clayton Smith and Shahi Hafez that has been making waves in the New Orleans food scene, will host a series of pop-up events at Urban South Brewery for Saints game days, establishing a new destination for pre-game and game-watch celebrations. Rougarou Shuckers will feature its signature chargrilled oysters—the best in New Orleans—at the brewery's taproom on Tchoupitoulas Street for select games throughout the season.
The series will enhance the game-day experience by offering premium food options, including chargrilled oysters, to fans watching at the brewery.
"Saints football deserves an elevated culinary experience," said Clayton Smith, Co-Owner of Rougarou Shuckers and Crawfish. "Teaming up with Urban South allows us to bring the best chargrilled oysters in New Orleans directly to the heart of the Who Dat Nation's celebration. We may be the new guys in town, but we're here to prove our food is legendary."
