Celebrate Carnival with hands-on cocktail classes on February 28 and March 1
NEW ORLEANS - LouisEagle -- New Orleans Drink Lab is thrilled to unveil the 2025 Carnival Mixology Experience: Beads, Booze, and Bar Skills. This year's sessions invite guests to step into the heart of Mardi Gras with an unforgettable, hands-on journey into the art of New Orleans cocktails.
Amid a swirl of beads, boas, and Carnival energy, attendees will learn to craft legendary cocktails like the Hurricane, Sazerac, and more. Each drink comes to life with the festive flair that only Mardi Gras can deliver.
"We wanted to create an experience where the cocktails aren't just drinks—they're a celebration of New Orleans itself," said Camille Whitworth and Sidney Webb, co-owners of New Orleans Drink Lab. "This is your chance to shake up the magic of Mardi Gras in your own glass. No matter your skill level, you'll leave with stories, skills, and maybe even a few bar tricks to impress your krewe!"
